The rooms were so clean and the staff was some of the friendliest I have ever encountered. The free breakfast was incredible! Better than any paid breakfast I’d ever had! Wonderful experience!

Our stay was very nice, it was clean, the staff was pleasant, enjoyed the coffee bar at all hours as well as the lemon water. Breakfast was very satisfying. The only thing that could be improved is the noise level on the main floor off of the lobby where our room was. The room doors need a sweep on the bottom of them that seals the doors from outside hallway noise. The staff pushing carts with jingling dishes and glassware, vacuming the hallway, felt like they were in our room with us. We would stay again, however maybe on an upper level.

Great location with a fabulous view. So convenient for our Toronto adventure and just steps away from Massey Hall. Host interactions were smooth and communications were supportive and helpful. Will be looking forward to another stay down the road.

Everyone was friendly and talkative because the elevators were mostly broken.
